Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of maplesocialclub.org. Using the site means you accept them.

1. What this site is

Maple Social Club is a free social games site with three browser games. It is not a casino and nothing here is gambling. You cannot stake, win or lose money, there are no prizes of any kind, and nothing on the site is for sale. Points and streaks exist only in your browser for the length of a visit.

2. Results are random

The games use chance for fun. How well you do here says nothing about how you would do in real gambling, and the site is not a way to practise for it.

3. Age

Because the games imitate casino formats, the site is meant for adults aged 18 and over.

4. Fair use

Play as much as you like. Please do not try to disrupt the site, overload it or get around its security checks.

5. Links

The only outside links on this site go to help services and regulators. We do not link to gambling operators.

6. If games stop being fun

Nothing here involves money, but if games of chance are becoming a problem for you or someone close to you, the help lines on the Help page are free and confidential.

7. Our content

The games, text and graphics on this site belong to us. You may share links to them, but not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

8. Liability

We provide the site as it is and cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under British Columbia's Business Practices and Consumer Protection Act or any other law that cannot be set aside by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
